Delivery is made by courier, with the following carriers:

– DHL, for the non-European area
The delivery time of the products is variable, depending on the complexity of the product model.

Return:
If you want to cancel the order made on our website and implicitly want to receive the money back, you can apply for the return procedure within a maximum of 14 working days. For this, you can contact us through the contact form, mentioning the bank account where the refund is desired.
The period of 14 working days provided for the exercise of this right begins to run from the day of placing the online order and making the payment on our website. The right of return within 14 working days is only available to customers who have placed orders online on our website.
